УИХ-ын гишүүн С.Дэмбэрэл санаачлан боловсруулсан Татварын тухай хуулийн төслөө Засгийн газарт шилжүүлж, Ерөнхий сайд Ч.Сайханбилэгт гардууллаа.
 
Олон улсад татварын болон төсөвтэй холбоотой хуулиудаа Засгийн газар нь өргөн барьдаг. УИХ-ын гишүүд санаачлан боловсруулсан татвар, төсөвтэй холбоотой хуулийн төслүүдээ Засгийн газраараа дамжуулан  өргөн барьдаг жишиг тогтоох шаардлагатай гэж УИХ-ын гишүүн С.Дэмбэрэл хэллээ. Татварын шинэчлэлд янз бүрийн шалтгаанаар дорвитой ахиц гарахгүй байна. Татварын хэд хэдэн хуулийн төсөл УИХ-д өргөн барьсан ч хэлэлцэхгүй жил гаруй  боллоо. Иймээс Засгийн газар энэ хуулийн төслийг УИХ-аар нэн яаралтай  хэлэлцүүлж  батлуулбал эцсийн үр дүнд нь бизнес эрхлэгчид, татвар төлөгчдөд эергээр нөлөөлөх татварын таатай орчин бүрдэнэ гэлээ.
 
Ерөнхий сайд Ч.Сайханбилэг УИХ-ын гишүүн С.Дэмбэрэлд санаачилсан хуулийн төслөө Засгийн газарт шилжүүлэх шинэ жишиг тогтоож байгаад талархал илэрхийллээ. Хууль санаачлах эрхтэй УИХ-ын гишүүн татвартай холбоотой хуулийн төслөө анх удаа Засгийн газарт шилжүүлж байгаа нь Монголын парламентийн түүхэнд шинэ үйл явдал болж байна. Засгийн газар боловсруулж байгаа Татварын ерөнхий хуулийн төсөлдөө таны саналуудыг тусган УИХ-д өргөн барина. Бизнесийн болон татварын орчны өргөн мэдлэг, туршлагатай гишүүний саналууд хуулийн төсөлд чухал ач холбогдолтой байх болно гэж Ерөнхий сайд Ч.Сайханбилэг хэллээ гэж Засгийн газрын Хэвлэл мэдээлэл, олон нийттэй харилцах албанаас мэдээллээ.
