Шинээр байгуулагдаж буй Засгийн газарт тодорхой санал хүргүүлэхээр болов

МҮХАҮТ-ын ЭДХХ-ээс Монгол улсын уул уурхайн бус бүтээгдэхүүний экспортыг нэмэгдүүлэх, экспортлогчдыг дэмжих, экспорт хийхэд тулгарч буй хүндрэл бэрхшээлийг арилгах арга замыг хэлэлцэж, зөвлөлгөөнөөс гарсан санал санаачлагыг холбогдох төрийн байгууллагуудад хүргүүлж шийдвэрлүүлэх зорилгоор "Уул уурхайн бус экспортын хөгжил ба цаашдын хандлага" зөвлөлгөөнийг 2014 оны 12-р сарын 03-ны өдөр зохион байгууллаа.
 
Зөвлөлгөөнөөр дараах асуудлыг хэлэлцлээ:
 
1.    Монгол улсын экспортын салбарт тулгарч буй асуудал, шийдвэрлэх гарц
2.    Монгол банкнаас уул уурхайн бус экспортыг дэмжихэд авч хэрэгжүүлж байгаа арга хэмжээ болон экспорт эрхлэгч байгууллагуудтай хамтран ажиллах боломжийн талаар мэдээлэл
3.    Европын Холбооны санхүүжилтээр Монгол улсын стандартчиллын тогтолцоог боловсронгуй болгоход дэмжлэг үзүүлэх төслийн танилцуулга
4.    Экспортын даатгалыг хэрэгжүүлэх арга
5.    Зээлийн батлан даалтын сангийн танилцуулга
Тус зөвлөлгөөнийг УИХ-ын гишүүн, МҮХАҮТ-ын дарга С.Дэмбэрэл удирдан явуулав. Зөвлөлгөөнд Монгол банк, Зээлийн батлан даалтын сан, Үйлдвэр хөдөө аж ахуйн яам, Гаалийн ерөнхий газар, Хилийн мэргэжлийн хяналтын газар, Алтан булаг чөлөөт бүс зэрэг төрийн байгууллагууд, Хөгжлийн банк, Худалдаа хөгжлийн банк, Голомт банк, Хаан банк болон даатгалын компаниуд болон банк бус санхүүгийн байгууллагууд, уул уурхайн бус экспорт эрхэлдэг 60 гаруй аж ахуйн нэгжүүд зэрэг нийт 120 гаруй хүн оролцож экспортын өнөөгийн байдал, одоо хэрэгжүүлж байгаа бодлого болон ирээдүйд хэрэгжүүлэх арга хэмжээнд бизнес эрхлэгчдийн санал бодлыг сонсож харилцан ярилцлаа. Монгол банкны ерөнхийлөгч Н.Золжаргал уул уурхайн бус экспортын өнөөгийн байдал ирээдүйн чиг хандлагын талаар мэдээлэл хийн ярилцлагад идэвхитэй оролцон тэдний саналыг хэрэгжүүлэх бодлогодоо тусгах, экспортонд зориулан төсөвлөж буй мөнгөний хэмжээ урсгалын талаар мэдээлэл өглөө. Хурлаар гарсан санал санаачлагыг үндэслэн "Уул уурхайн бус экспортын зөвлөл"-ийг байгуулан шинээр байгуулагдаж буй Засгийн газарт МҮХАҮТ-ын зүгээс тодорхой санал хүргүүлэхээр болов.
