Уг уулзалтаар бизнес эрхлэхтэй холбогдон тулгарч буй хүндрэл бэрхшээлтэй асуудлууд, нэн ялангуяа хууль эрх зүйн чиглэлээр зайлшгүй хийвэл зохих өөрчлөлт шинэчлэлүүд, бизнесийн орчныг сайжруулах, төрөөс бизнест оролцох оролцоо, зохицуулалтыг хязгаарлах, төр, хувийн хэвшлийн хамтын ажиллагааг өргөжүүлэх, жижиг дунд бизнесийг дэмжих, мөнгө сангийн бодлого зэрэг нэн тулгамдаж буй асуудлуудаар санал бодлоо солилцлоо.
