Төрийн өмчийн хороо болон Монголын үндэсний худалдаа аж үйлдвэрийн танхим хамтран ажиллах санамж бичигт гарын үсэг зурах  ёслолын ажиллагаа 2013 оны 10 дугаар сарын 30 өдрийн 11 цагт Монголын үндэсний худалдаа аж үйлдвэрийн танхим хурлын танхимд болж Төрийн өмчийн хорооны дарга Д.Цогтбаатар, УИХ -ын гишүүн, Монголын үндэсний худалдаа аж үйлдвэрийн танхимын дарга С.Дэмбэрэл нар санамж бичигт гарын үсэг зурлаа Санамж бичгийн үндсэн зорилго нь   талуудын  хоорондын үр бүтээлтэй хамтын ажиллагааг өргөжүүлэх, Монгол Улсад бизнесийн таатай орчинг бүрдүүлэхэд төр, хувийн хэвшлийн хамтын ажиллагааг  бэхжүүлэх,   төрийн өмчийн ашиглалт, удирдлагын үр өгөөжийг  сайжруулахад   чиглэгдэнэ.
Хамтын ажиллагааны үндсэн чиглэл
Төрийн өмчит болон төрийн өмчийн оролцоотой хуулийн этгээдийн  үйл ажиллагааны үр өгөөж,  ашиг орлого, санхүүгийн байдалд үнэлэлт  дүгнэлт өгөх судалгааг хамтран явуулж,   бизнес дэх төрийн оролцоог багасгах, төрийн өмчит хуулийн этгээдийг хувьчлах талаар  санал боловсруулан  эрх бүхий байгууллагад санал оруулах.
Төрийн өмчит болон  төрийн өмчийн оролцоотой хуулийн этгээдийн  засаглалыг сайжруулах, үйл ажиллагаандаа дэвшилтэт техник, технологи нэвтрүүлэх,  хүний нөөцийг чадавхижуулах, хүнд суртал, авилгыг багасгах чиглэлээр төрөл бүрийн сургалт, судалгаануудыг хамтран зохион байгуулах.
Төрийн өмчит болон төрийн өмчийн оролцоотой хуулийн этгээдийн нийгмийн хариуцлагыг дээшлүүлэх чиглэлд сургалт, хөтөлбөрүүд хамтран хэрэгжүүлнэ.
Танхимаас зохион байгуулж буй гадаад, дотоодын үзэсгэлэн яармагт төрийн өмчит болон төрийн өмчийн оролцоотой хуулийн этгээдийг хамруулж бараа бүтээгдэхүүн, үйлчилгээг  сурталчлахад хамтран ажиллана. Монгол Улсад болон төрийн өмчит болон төрийн өмчийн орлцоотой хуулийн этгээдийн үйл ажиллагаа, бараа бүтээгдэхүүнд ногоон  эдийн засаг, ногоон биззнесийн зарчмуудыг  суулгаж өгөх, хэрэгжүүлэхэд хамтран ажиллахаар тохиролцсон байна
