“Төрөөс мөнгөний бодлогын талаар 2014 онд баримтлах үндсэн чиглэл батлах тухай” Улсын Их Хурлын тогтоолын төслийг С.Дэмбэрэл гишүүн танилцуулах болжээ.

Нийтэлсэн: 10 жилийн өмнө Үзсэн: 1131
Эдийн засгийн байнгын хорооны 2013 оны 10 дугаар сарын 08-ны өдрийн хуралдаан төрийн ордны "А" Танхимд 9 цаг 55 минутад эхлэв. Хурлыг Байнгын хорооны дарга Б.Гарамгайбаатар даргалав.
 
Хэлэлцсэн асуудал:
 
1. “Төрөөс мөнгөний бодлогын талаар 2014 онд баримтлах үндсэн чиглэл батлах тухай” Улсын Их Хурлын тогтоолын төслийн хэлэлцэх эсэх асуудлыг хэлэлцэн, Уг асуудлыг хэлэлцэхтэй холбогдуулан Монголбанкны ерөнхийлөгч Н.Золжаргал танилцуулгыг хийлээ.Хуралдаанд ололцсон гишүүд “Төрөөс мөнгөний бодлогын талаар 2014 онд баримтлах үндсэн чиглэл батлах тухай” Улсын Их Хурлын тогтоолын төслийг хэлэлцэх нь зүйтэй гэж үзэн Байнгын хорооны санал дүгнэлтийг Улсын Их Хурлын Нэгдсэн хуралдаанд УИХ-ын гишүүн, ажлын хэсгийн ахлагч С.Дэмбэрэл танилцуулахаар тогтов.
 
2. Компанийн тухай хуульд нэмэлт, өөрчлөлт оруулах тухай, Төрийн болон орон нутгийн өмчийн тухай хуульд нэмэлт, өөрчлөлт оруулах тухай, Нийтийн албанд нийтийн болон хувийн ашиг сонирхлыг зохицуулах, ашиг сонирхлын зөрчлөөс урьдчилан сэргийлэх тухай хуульд нэмэлт оруулах тухай, Хуулийн этгээдийн улсын бүртгэлийн тухай хуульд нэмэлт оруулах тухай хуулийн төслүүд хэлэлцэх эсэх асуудлыг Хуралдаанд ололцсон олонх гишүүд дэмжин Байнгын хорооны санал, дүгнэлтийг Улсын Их Хурлын Нэгдсэн хуралдаанд УИХ-ын гишүүн Д.Ганбат танилцуулахаар тогтов.
 
3. Монгол Улсын Засгийн газар, Японы Олон Улсын хамтын ажиллагааны байгууллага хооронд байгуулах “Дөрөвдүгээр цахилгаан станцын үр ашгийг дээшлүүлэх төслийн зээлийн гэрээ”-ний төслийн таницуулгыг Эрчим хүчний сайд М.Сономпил хийлээ.Уг асуудлаар ажлын хэсгийн бүрэлдэхүүнд П.Товуудорж /Эрчим хүчний яамны Стратегийн бодлого, төлөвлөлтийн газрын дарга/, Д.Мөнхжаргал /Эдийн засгийн хөгжлийн яамны Эдийн засгийн хамтын ажиллагаа, зээл, тусламжийн бодлогын газрын ахлах мэргэжилтэн/, Э.Өнөржаргал /Эдийн засгийн хөгжлийн яамны Эдийн засгийн хамтын ажиллагаа, зээл, тусламжийн бодлогын газрын мэргэжилтэн/, М.Амарбаясгалан /Дулааны 4-р цахилгаан станц ТӨХК-ний тэргүүн дэд захирал, ерөнхий инженер/, Г.Галбадрах /Дулааны 4-р цахилгаан станц ТӨХК-ний Судалгаа, хөгжлийн албаны дарга/ нар оролцсон ба Эдийн засгийн байнгын хорооны хурадаанаар уг гэрээг дэмжиж санал, дүгнэлтийг УИХ-ын гишүүн Б.Гарамгайбаатар Аюулгүй байдал, гадаад бодлогын байнгын хороонд танилцуулахаар тогтов.
