УИХ-ын Төрийн байгуулалтын байнгын хорооноос 2013 оны 05 сарын 10-нд Улс төрийн намуудад албан бичиг илгээж, хүсэлт тавьжээ. УИХ-ын даргын захирамжаар байгуулагдсан Улс төрийн намын тухай, Улс төрийн намын санхүүжилтийн тухай хуулиудын төслийг боловсруулах ажлын хэсэг 2013 оны 3 сарын 13-нд Төрийн ордонд улс итөрийн намын дарга, ерөнхий нарийн бичгийн дарга нарыг оролцуулсан уулзалт зохион байгуулсан билээ. Уг уулзалтаар улс төрийн намын тухай хуулийн хэрэгжилт, тулгамдаж буй асуудал, уг хуулийг цаашид боловсронгуй болгох талаар ярилцаж, намууд хуулийн өөрчлөлтөнд оруулах үзэл баримтлалын талаар өөр өөрсдийн саналаа ирүүлэхээр хугацаа товлосон билээ.
