Нийтэлсэн: 10 жилийн өмнө Үзсэн: 951
МҮХАҮТ-аас төрийн байгууллагуудын “Хүнд суртлын индекс” гаргах судалгааг 6 дах жилдээ иргэд, бизнесийнхний үнэлгээнд тулгуурлан явууллаа. Сүүлийн жилүүдэд төрийн байгууллагуудын үйл ажиллагааг сайжруулах, үйлчилгээний чанар, шуурхай байдлыг хангах чиглэлд Засгийн газрын зүгээс анхааран “Төрийн байгууллагуудын ил тод байдлыг илтгэх шалгуур үзүүлэлтүүд”-ийг батлан гаргаж мөрдүүлж эхлээд байгаа нь сайшаалтай. Энэ жилийн судалгаа нь үндсэн 4 хэсгээс бүрдэж байгаа бөгөөд нийт яам, газрын харъяа 17 агентлаг, 10 яамыг хамруулан энэхүү судалгааг явууллаа.
 
Тус судалгаанд хот хөдөөгийн нийт 600 гаруй хүнийг хамруулснаас 62 % нь Улаанбаатар хотын иргэд, бизнес эрхлэгчид байгаа бөгөөд судалгааг түүврийн аргаар бодит амьдралд тулгуурласан нээлттэй мэдээлэлд үндэслэн санал асуулгын хэлбэрээр явуулсан болно. Төр иргэддээ шаардлагатай байгаа төрөл бүрийн үйлчилгээг аль болох хүнд сурталгүй, түргэн шуурхай хүргэх үүрэгтэй. Энэхүү үүргээ хэр сайн биелүүлж байгаагаар нь ард иргэд төрийн үйл ажиллагааг үнэлэн дүгнэдэг. Хүнд суртлын индекс судалгаа нь ард иргэдийн энэхүү үнэлгээг бодитойгоор гаргаж ирэн холбогдох байгууллагуудын сонорт хүргэх, төрийн байгууллагуудын хүнд суртлыг аль болох багасган энэ чиглэлээр хийх ажлыг нь эрчимжүүлэх, төр-хувийн хэвшлийн хамтын ажиллагааг өргөжүүлэхэд чиглэгдэж байгаа болно.
