УИХ-ын гишүүн С.Дэмбэрэл "Хилийн боомтын тухай" хуулийн төслийн ажлын хэсэгт

Айл гэр нь орж гарах үүд хаалгатай, үүд хаалгандаа нугас, түгжээ, хонх, цонхтой байдаг билээ. Үүнчлэн улс гэрийн үүд хаалга нь хилийн боомт болох ба хаалганы бүрэлдхүүн хэсэг бүрийг өөр өөр чиг үүрэг бүхий 4-5 байгууллага манай улсад хариуцан ажилладаг. Улсын Их Хурлаас батлагдсан "Хилийн боомтын тухай" хуулийн төслийг хэлэлцүүлэх бэлтгэл хангах  үүрэг бүхий ажлын хэсэг нь Чуулганы завсарлагаанаар хийж амжуулах 9 зүйлийг төлөвлөөд ажиллаж байгаа ажээ. Улсын Их Хурлын дэргэдэх Аюулгүй байдал, гадаад бодлогын болон Хууль зүйн байнгын хорооны хамтарсан энэхүү ажлын хэсэг нь 2013 оны 02 сарын 26-д Гаалийн ерөнхий газар, Мэргэжлийн хяналтын ерөнхий газар, Хил хамгаалах ерөнхий газар, Гадаад харилцааны Яам, Гадаадын иргэн, харьяатын асуудал 
эрхлэх газруудын хилийн боомтуудад явуулдаг үйл ажиллагааны талаархи танилцуулга болон ажлын туршлага, санал дүгнэлтүүдийг сонслоо.
 
Цаашид Ажлын хэсэгт орсон гишүүд маань холбогдох байгууллагуудаас хуулийн төслийн талаар санал авч нэгтгэх, төсөл нь хүчин төгөлдөр үйлчилж буй хууль, УИХ-ын бусад шийдвэрүүдтэй хэрхэн нийцэж байгааг судлах, гадаад орнуудын хийлийн боомтын эрх зүйн зохицуулалтын талаар судлах, лавлах материал бэлтгэх, харилцан мэдээлэл солилцох юм байна. Түүнчлэн Өмнөговь аймгийн хилийн Гашуунсухай боомт, Сэлэнгэ аймгийн Сүхбаатар, Алтанбулаг, Дорноговь аймгийн Замын-Үүд боомтуудын үйл ажиллагаатай биечлэн очиж танилцаж тайлан, мэдээлэл гаргахаар төлөвлөжээ.
 
Эцэст нь ажлын хэсгийн хурлаараа Ажлын хэсэгт ирүүлсэн саналууд болон Хилийн боомтын тухай хуулийн төслийн зүйл заалт бүрийг нягтлан хэлэлцэж, Байнгын хороонд оруулах саналын томъёоллуудын төслийг бэлтгэж, санал дүгнэлтийн төсөлийг танилцуулах юм байна.
 
Монгол Улсын хил нь дархан, хаалга нь бөх, харуул хамгаалалт нь бат найдвартай, хамаг олонд харилцахад нээлттэй, бурууд хурц, булхайд чанга байх болтугай.
