2014 оны 12 дугаар сарын 23-ны өдрийн Төрийн байгуулалтын байнгын хорооны хуралдааны дэлгэрэнгүй тэмдэглэлээс хүргэж байна.

Энэ өдрийн хуралдаанаар хэлэлцсэн асуудлын нэг ньМонголын Үндэсний олон нийтийн радио, телевизийн Үндэсний зөвлөлийн зарим гишүүнийг томилох тухай асуудлыг хэлэлцлээ. Тус зөвлөлийн 5 гишүүний бүрэн эрхийн хугацаа дуусч, 2 гишүүн нь өөр ажилд томилогдсон тул Олон нийтийн радио, телевизийн тухай хуульд заасны дагуу зөвлөлийн гишүүнд нэр дэвшүүлэх асуудлыг тус байнгын хороо хуулийн дагуу зохион байгуулж явуулсан байна.

Хэлэлцэж буй асуудалтай холбогдуулан УИХ-ын гишүүн С.Дэмбэрэл МҮОНРТ-ийн Үндэсний зөвлөлийн шинээр томилогдсон гишүүдэд хандаж үг хэлж байр сууриа илэрхийллээ.

УИХ-ын гишүүн С.Дэмбэрэл: МҮОНРТ-ийн Үндэсний зөвлөлд шинээр нэр дэвшиж байгаа хүмүүст хандаж нэг зүйл хэлье. Өнөөдөр МҮОНРТ-ийн Үндэсний зөвлөлийн гишүүнээр томилуулах 4 нэр дэвшигчийг тодруулах санал хураалт дээролон хүн иржээ, 25 нэр байна. Ямар учиртай сонирхол байгааг би сайн мэдэхгүй байна. Үндэсний олон нийтийн радио телевизийн үндэсний зөвлөлийг жинхэнэ утгаар нь ажиллуулж, өөрийн хувь нэмрээ оруулах гэсэн чин сэтгэлтэй хүмүүсийг ирүүлсэн байх гэж бодож байна. Янз бүрээр лобби хийж, хүмүүст санал тавьдаг гэсэн. Ерөнхийдөө МҮОНРТ-ийн Үндэсний зөвлөл хараат бус, бие даасан тийм л хүмүүсээр бүрдсэн байх ёстой, хууль нь ч / хуулийн 21-р зүйл/ тийм байгаа. Тийм учраас аль нэг намын нууц захиалга, лобби байж таарахгүй, МҮОНРТ-ийн Үндэсний зөвлөлийн шинэ бүтэц, бүрэлдэхүүнд ч энэ асуудал битгий байгаасай.

Бүх нэр дэвшигчдээс “Та яах гэж нэр дэвшиж байгаа, ямар зорилгоор орох гэж байгаа бэ” гэдгийг тодруулмаар байна. Одоо яг та бүхнийг хариулаарай гэсэн үг биш. Хэрэв МҮОНРТ-ийн Үндэсний зөвлөлийн гишүүнээр томилогдсон тохиолдолд“яах гэж орсон бэ“ гэдгээ байнга санаж, Монгол Улсын ард иргэдэд  үнэн бодитой, ямар нэг эрх ашгаас үл хамаардаг бус нийт үндэсний эрх ашгийг дээдлэх үндсэн зарчмыг баримтална гэдгээр та бүхэн сонгогдон ажиллана гэж ойлгож байна. Ер нь аль нэг намын лобби, намын захиалга байж болохгүй, ард түмэн мөн МҮОНРТ-ийн хамт олон ч зөв бодлого гаргаж өгдөг, олон түмэнд үнэн, бодит мэдээллийг аль нэг улс төрийн намын эсвэл албан тушаалтан, дарга нарын захиалгагүйгээр хүргэдэг тэр л  Үндэсний зөвлөлийн гишүүдийг сонгохыг найдаж байгаа.
